Working alongside Caddick Construction in Project Soyo, we transformed 515 residential apartments into homes for people in the city of Leeds.
We used SFS for structural integrity, sheathing board for insulation, EPDM for roofing durability and installed internal partitions, ceiling and skim. This project spanned two years and incurred a cost exceeding £6.5 million.
